Dear Manager / Secretary

Would you like to enter our annual Tournament “The Summer Cup” on Saturday 21st or Sunday 22nd of May, at Derby Road sports field Loughborough LE11 5FT

Please pass this on to others you think may be interested.

11-a-side

Ø Under 12s,14s&16s Saturday 21st.

Ø Under 11s, 13s & 17s Sunday 22nd

Ø The squads can consist of no more than 16 players

Ø The duration of all games will be 25 minutes one way.

Ø The entrance fee is £45.00

7-a-side

Ø Under 7s and 8s on Saturday 21st

Ø Under 9s and 10s on Sunday 22nd

Ø The squads can consist of no more than 12 players

Ø The games will 15 minutes one way for the 9s/10s

12 minutes one way for the 7s/8s.

Ø The entrance fee for the 7-a-side is £25.00

There will be eight teams in all the age groups, *your first three games will be played on a league basis this will give the position for the start of the knockouts

Players must be of the appropriate age group for the 2010-2011 season If you find that some of your regular players are not available, guest are allowed but no academy, school of excellence or over age players will be allowed to play. Players can only play for one team during the tournament.

*The under 8s will play in a league with the winner being the team winning the league.

*The under 7s will play “games for fun” all players will receive a medal.

Ø Cheques payable to; Loughborough Dynamo Junior F.C and sent to the address above with the application form(s)

Ø The closing date for application is March 31st but please reply early to avoid disappointment. Confirmation of your place will be sent with rules and start times etc nearer the time

Ø Refreshments will be on sale at reasonable prices during both days.

Ø De photo will be at the event see them at www.DEphoto.co.uk.

Ø First Aid cover will be provided by Yorkshire and Counties Ambulance Service
